March 2008: Core Essentials Pilates' Summerville Studio Grand Opening a Rousing Success!

We are proud to announce the opening of our second studio, located at 129 Central Avenue, in historic Summerville, SC.  We would like to thank our clients, friends, and families for attending the Grand Opening party held on March 20th. We would also like to thank our downtown neighborhood merchants for providing door prizes, and especially the EcLectic Chef for the tasty food, Blooming Dale's for the beautiful flower settings, and John Venable for playing the sweet tunes.

February 2008: Advanced Mat Class

In our on-going effort to encourage people to try something new by offering your FIRST LESSON FREE, we have also expanded our schedule to accommodate everyone's busy lifestyle. All appointments are available from 7 AM til 7 PM 7 days/week.

June 2007: Charleston Riverdogs Update. With the season about mid-way through, training the Riverdogs has been a lot of fun. It is our hopes that they will continue to practice Pilates on a regular basis in order to help avoid future injury and perform better overall. A story featuring the Riverdogs' positive results from taking Pilates at Core Essentials & More was featured in the Post and Courier Sports section on June 3rd, 2007.

May 2007: B-92 Listener WINS FREE PILATES for a YEAR!
April heard about our contest on the radio and decided top register for the online contest. After forgetting about entering, she got a call about a month later with news that she had won FREE Pilates for a year. April 2007: Welcome to the Charleston Riverdogs!
We are excited to be teaming up with the Charleston Riverdogs. We will be teaching them Pilates and going to home games to help cheer them on. We welcome them to the studio and wish them the best of luck this season. We would like to congratulate the winners of our exclusive Pilates Triple Play packages, drawn at the 7th inning stretch at the 4/20/07 home game.

March 2007: Core Essentials Pilates & More Celebrates 2 Years in Avondale!
We would like to sincerely thank our loyal clients and new friends for attending the Second Anniverary Party held for Core Essentials Pilates & More on St. Patty's Day. There was great live music, drinks and hors d'oeuvres, and wonderful desserts and door prizes provided by our Avondale business neighbors. We debuted art by Diana Deaver and Marc Jefferson to positive public reaction. Some of these artworks have since sold, so please check in to see what we have hanging today. Hope to see you again next year!
